Shea Tate-Di Donna

Bio

Shea is a founding member of the True team where she is Vice President. Her initiatives include True University, TEC: the True Entrepreneur Corps, Founder Camp, True Talent, and the True Founder Portal – innovative programs that empower and support True portfolio founders, entrepreneurs, and students. Like everyone at True, Shea is an entrepreneur herself. She founded The Art of Organization in 2004, which focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness for entrepreneurs. In addition to first-hand entrepreneurial knowledge, Shea brings ten years of venture capital experience to True. She began her career in venture with JAFCO America Ventures, later Globespan Capital, where she first met and worked with Jon Callaghan. Prior to entering the world of venture capital, Shea was an Analyst for the CEO of Barclays North America. Shea helps True deliver on its promise of a venture capital firm that offers meaningful and valuable services to its community in ways beyond the traditional VC firm. She graduated magna cum laude from Dickinson College with her BA in English and Psychology with Honors, and she holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
