Bio

Stacey Browning is a Managing Director at CincyTech. Stacey is a seasoned company builder with experience in scaling business and instituting governance. Most recently, Stacey was President of Paycor, where, following her start in sales as employee number eleven, she served as a critical motivator and change agent in senior marketing, product management, IT, HR and customer service roles. Significantly, she was Paycor’s first Chief Product Officer and is known for her focus on the customer, and emphasis on user experience. She led the acquisition of San Francisco-based Newton Software in 2015 and San-Diego/Serbia-based Ximble Software in 2019. Today, Paycor has nearly 2,000 employees throughout the US and serves 40,000 employers. Stacey is a Board Member of the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce and the Health Collaborative, is a co-founder of Cincinnati’s Flying Pig Marathon, Committee of 200 member, a YWCA Career Woman of Achievement and received The Circuit’s 2019 Technology Visionary Award. She speaks regularly on the topics of scaling businesses, personal branding and furthering the careers of women in technical leadership.
