Bio
Stanley de J. Osborne joined Kelso in 1998. He spent the preceding two years as an Associate at Summit Partners. He spent the previous three years at J.P. Morgan & Co. as an Associate in the Private Equity Group and an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group. Mr. Osborne is currently a director of Custom Building Products, Inc., Global Geophysical Services, Inc., Hunt Marcellus, LLC, Logan’s Roadhouse, Inc. and Traxys S.a.r.l. In addition, he is active in the Firm’s investment in CCS Corporation. He also was active in past investments which include BWAY Corporation, CVR Energy, Inc., Optigas, Inc. and Shelter Bay Energy Inc. He is currently a Trustee of Prep for Prep, a New York-based non-profit organization. He received a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College in 1993.
