Stephen Baxley

Bio

Mr Baxley joined Bessemer Trust in 1997 and is the Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for corporate administration and human resources. He also has overall responsibility for the delivery of tax, consulting, financial planning and compliance services for individual and fiduciary clients and their related entities. Prior to joining Bessemer Trust, Mr Baxley was Assistant Director of Taxes at Rockefeller & Co Inc. He started his career at Deloitte & Touche where he was a Senior Tax Manager in the Personal Tax and Financial Planning Group. Mr Baxley received a BS in Accounting from SUNY Binghamton, a JD from SUNY Buffalo School of Law, and an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the New York State Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and earned the designation of Personal Financial Planning Specialist.
