Stephen N Sangalis

Bio

Mr Sangalis, Partner, is a co-founder of Rocky Mountain Capital Partners. Mr Sangalis joined Rocky Mountain’s predecessor, Hanifen Imhoff Capital Partners at inception in 1994 and was directly involved in the development of all facets of the firm’s operations. He has extensive experience in identifying, negotiating, analyzing, structuring, closing and monitoring subordinated debt and private equity investments. Previously, he was Bank Examiner with the US Treasury Department where he was involved with audit functions regarding real estate, consumer and commercial loans. Mr Sangalis currently serves as a Director on numerous boards. Mr Sangalis received an MBA with emphasis in finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a BSBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
