Previously Associate at Putnam Lovell NBF Private Equity focusing on deal analysis, due diligence, and industry market research. Has participated in the evaluation, structuring and execution of several investments made by Putnam Lovell NBF Private Equity including Steinberg Priest & Sloane Capital Management, Westcap Investors, Atlantic Asset Management, and PowellJohnson. Steve also participated in the execution of the sale of Van Deventer & Hoch to Mellon Financial Corporation. Joined Putnam Lovell NBF Private Equity in 2000 from a Southern California-based boutique merchant bank specializing in middle market mergers & acquisitions where he assisted in developing industry consolidation strategies for leading private equity groups and provided acquisition advisory services to both financial and strategic buyers. Graduated of the University of California at Santa Barbara where he completed the pre-medical curriculum and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology.
