Tara is Director of Operations at Kindred Ventures. Previously, she served as an Operating Partner at Initialized Capital, and prior to that, she worked with thousands of founders and early-stage companies during her time managing operations and events at Y Combinator. Prior to transitioning to the technology industry, she worked in film production and event coordination in Southern California.
