Bio

Prior to joining BerchWood, Terry worked in the Private Equity Funds Group at Merrill Lynch & Co, where he focused on origination, due diligence and marketing for over 30 alternative investment managers, across various investment strategies, including US and European buyouts, structured equity, distressed debt, mezzanine, venture capital, real estate, royalties and hedge funds. He also spent one year at Atlantic-Pacific Capital Inc, a Greenwich, CT-based placement agent firm. Terry received his BA in economics and French (with honors) from Middlebury College in Vermont. He has obtained his Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
