Bio

Tim is the Founder and CEO of Cambridge Innovation Center, the largest facility in the US dedicated to housing early stage technology businesses. Tim serves on the boards of several private companies, including Lumidigm, Inc., a biometric sensor technology company. He has particular interest in consumer-oriented mass-market companies. In February 2009 Tim was elected to lead the Kendall Square Association (link to www.kendallsq.org) an organization which works to strengthen Cambridge, Massachusetts’s science and technology cluster. Prior to his current roles, Tim was a Manager with the Boston Consulting Group in Boston and an analyst with the Mitsubishi Research Institute in Tokyo. While a graduate student at MIT in 1994, Tim co-led the student group that coordinated the first international conference on the World Wide Web at CERN in Geneva, Switzerland.
