Bio
In his more than quarter-century of investment banking experience Todd has advised on over 100 transactions that have ranged from start-up stage financings to multi-billion dollar public mergers. Before founding Edge Healthcare Partners, Todd held senior level positions at Houlihan Lokey, The Robinson-Humphrey Company and its successor, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Todd also worked in the investment banking department at Smith Barney, and he was a founder and Senior Vice President of OrthoLink Physicians Corporation, which was acquired by United Surgical Partners in 2000. Todd graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Southern Methodist University where he was valedictorian of his class. He also earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
