Bio

Due to the job need in the Ningbo National Hi Tech Industrial Development Zone, Mr Song self studied accountings and foreign trading, as well as obtained the relevant qualification certificates. During this period in Ningbo National Hi Tech Industrial Development Zone, he served as a director of several investment projects, as a supervisor and as the board secretary. It made Mr Song experienced in decision-making at the corporate level. Many of the investment projects were collaboration projects between the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the National Hi Tech Industrial Development Zone, focusing on cooperation between science/technology and industrial production. According to past statistics and experience, success rate of science industrialization can only reach 50%, while integration at latter parts is the most critical elements of success. Also, Mr Song has experience in organizing the transfer of related assets and equity, corporate restructuring or liquidation, assets acquisitions, etc.
