Head of the Services team and joined a predecessor company of HgCapital in 1991. After eight years in the UK he founded the firm’s German business in 1999, returning to London in 2005. Has made investments in the UK, Germany, Netherlands and US, including Fabory, FTSA, Hirschmann, FTE, Trados, Dechra Pharmaceuticals, Patientline, British Technology Group, Inference Corporation and CityFlyer. Prior to joining HgCapital, spent two years with KPMG in Hong Kong and three years in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Morgan Crucible (UK). Chartered Accountant. MA in Economics from Trinity College, Cambridge.
