Tuan Tran

Bio

Tuan is a Vice President at Intervale Capital, where he has played a key role in several transactions concentrated in the oilfield services industry, including the acquisitions of Tejas Holdings, Ulterra Drilling Technologies and International Logging, the merger that created Azura Energy Systems, and the preferred equity offering for Pacific Consolidated Industries. Tuan came to Intervale Capital with a background in investment research and corporate finance. Previously, Tuan was a Research Analyst at Off Wall Street Consulting Group where he initiated coverage on and followed small‐cap investment opportunities. Prior to that, Tuan worked in New York as a M&A banker at Lehman Brothers. Tuan received his B.A. in Government, with honors, from Harvard College.
