Wayne K. Nelson is Chairman Emeritus of Nelson Communications Worldwide (“NCW”), which he founded in 1987. NCW is the leading medical marketing and sales services company, worldwide with over $1 billion in revenue. NCW offers advertising, public relations, scientific exchange, consulting, and selling services to over 200 clients, including 19 of the 20 largest pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Prior to forming NCW, he was President of Lever Brothers Personal Products Division. Previously, Wayne was Member, Executive Committee/Corporate Vice President, Johnson & Johnson, Inc., where he was responsible for 14 companies and 12% of worldwide operating profit. Previous positions at Johnson & Johnson included President, Chairman & Worldwide Coordinator of McNeil Consumer Products Company and Vice President and Group Chairman of Johnson & Johnson International. At McNeil, Wayne was credited with launching the Tylenol programs that made it the top selling analgesic in the U.S. Wayne received B.S. and M.S.J. degrees from Northwestern University.
