Investment manager in the Amadeus and Angels Seed Fund, and specialises in media, internet and communication sectors. Since joining the firm in 2005, has worked on a number of investments. These include Nujira, a Cambridge-based, power amplifier technology company; ForeScout, a California-based, network security company; Velocix, a Cambridge-based, next generation content delivery network provider; and Edgeware, a Stockholm-based, high-bandwidth solid-state server company. Previously, worked as a telecommunications and media consultant with Accenture for eight years, and managed strategic technology projects throughout the United States and Europe. Clients included a telecommunications equipment manufacturer in Stockholm, a telecommunications service provider in Milan and a large media broadcaster in the United States. An American citizen. MBA, Mr Dawson holds a BSc in Economics from the Wharton School of Business and a BSc in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
