William H. Allen is a Vice President in Global Financial Services Buyout. Mr. Allen is based in New York. Since joining Carlyle in 2009, Mr. Allen has been actively involved with Carlyle’s investment in current portfolio companies Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Ltd., Central Pacific Financial, OzForex Pty Ltd and Unirush, LLC, Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Allen worked as a Director in the Financial Institutions Group at UBS Investment Bank. He received his B.A. in history from Middlebury College.
