Bio

With more than 30 years of banking and management experience, Bill inspires innovation at LTI. Prior to joining the company, Mr. MacDonald was employed by Bank of Boston: from 1980-91 as Senior Vice President responsible for the Correspondent Banking Division, Cash Management, Stock Transfer, Freight Payment and Corporate Trust departments; and from 1961-80 as First Vice President and Manager of the New York Commercial Lending Division. A member of the Senior Credit Policy, Electronic Window and Resource Allocation committees at Bank of Boston, Bill also served on the Federal Reserve Payment and Daylight Overdraft committees for the American Bankers Association. He has been Chairman of Tufts Alumni Association and Trustee and Treasurer of the Holt- Elwell Foundation in New Hampshire. Mr. MacDonald is a Magna cum Laude graduate of Tufts University and a graduate of the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School. He was commissioned in the U. S. Army, assigned to the Pentagon and later to the U.S Procurement Agency in Tokyo as Senior Credit Officer.
