William J Quinn

Bio

Mr. Quinn originally joined NGP in 1995 and serves as a Managing Partner of the NGP funds. He co-manages NGP’s investment portfolio and plays an active role in the full range of NGP’s investment process, from transaction sourcing through analysis, execution and exit. In addition, Mr. Quinn is a key element in the firm’s business development activities given his extensive industry contacts in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining NGP, Mr. Quinn was employed in the Mexico City office of Hicks, Muse, Tate, and Furst, Inc. during 1997, where he focused on evaluating private equity investment opportunities in Latin America. Mr. Quinn also worked as an Analyst in the Investment Banking divisions of Bear Stearns & Co. and BT Securities Corporation from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Quinn currently serves on The Wharton Undergraduate Executive Board and is a guest lecturer at both The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. Mr. Quinn received a B.S.E. in Finance in 1992 from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. in 1998 from Stanford University.
