Will is a Shamrock Capital Advisors Consultant. Previously, he served as a Shamrock Capital partner and was on a number of Shamrock boards including Ad Results Media, Silvergate Media, Questex, Giant Creative/Strategy, MarketCast, Learfield Communications, Mojiva, K2 Towers, Media Storm, TeleGuam Holdings, and PRN before exiting those investments. Will serves on the board of trustees of the Los Angeles-based Orthopaedic Institute for Children Foundation. Will is a former board member of a number of non-profit organizations including the US Lacrosse Foundation, an organization that operates in support of US Lacrosse, the sport’s national governing body, and the L.A. chapter of The Positive Coaching Alliance, an organization focused on developing “Better Athletes, Better People” by working to provide a positive youth sports experience. Prior to joining Shamrock in 1998, Will was an investment banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Smith Barney, Inc. Will graduated from Dartmouth College and earned his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management as a Venture Fellow.
