Zaeem Maqsood

Bio

Joined FirstCapital in January 2006 and has played a key role in a number of recent deals including Texperts, Multimap, Smart421 and Reevoo. Previously at Library House in Cambridge, where he was Product Manager for 'The Gauntlet', a groundbreaking online venture capital assessment tool which led to the largest business competition in the UK. Prior to this, Mr Maqsood was a web strategy consultant, serving clients such as the DTI and the Cabinet Office, and also spent 4 years at Merrill Lynch in London and New York. MBA from Cambridge, an MA in Educational Technology from the IoE, London, an MSc in Computer Science from UCL and a BA, also from UCL, where he read Philosophy & Economics.
