Zuri Briscoe

Bio

Zuri Briscoe is a Vice President and co-founder of Navigation Capital Partners. Zuri is a board director of Atlanta-based interactive marketing and eCommerce agency Definition6; and Atlanta-based payments solutions provider, Prepaid Solutions Inc., where he provides strategic advisory services and financial oversight. Previously, Zuri was a senior analyst at Mellon Ventures, a $1.4 billion private equity firm, where he focused on middle-market leveraged buyouts and late-stage venture capital investing and served on the board of Atlanta-based Computerjobs, a job posting service provider for technical professionals. His experience includes a summer associate position at Citigroup Private Equity Group, an $8.5 billion private equity firm, where he specialized in leveraged buyouts, mezzanine capital financings and fund-of-funds investing. Zuri also worked in Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking division, handling debt and equity capital raising services and mergers and acquisitions advisory work. Zuri was a former board member of Exeter Finance. Zuri is a member of the Atlanta Chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization and L.E.A.D. Atlanta.
