A high profit earning existing company based in India, manufacturing Applied Magnet Product is going to set-up a new venture under the closely held Limited Company banner for manufacturing plant of Rare Earth Samarium Cobalt Magnets in Gujarat region of India. The project highlights are:

-    The first project in the country with proven SmCo manufacturing technology from USA
-    The project will be tenth largest project globally for exclusive mfg. of SmCo products
-    The product technology JV signed with one of the pioneers USA company
-    The plant installed capacity is 100 tons of magnetic block per annum in Phase I

1. The process plant equipment will be procured from India & European machine manufacturer   
2. The Machine Shop equipment will be procured from India, Korea and Taiwan machine manufacturer
3. The Plant and product will be setup under the supervision of technology provider company of USA and monitor the product their after on regular basis
4. The total built up area of Plant process house, Machine Shop, Material Storage Facilities, Utilities and Admin are around 150,000 sq. ft. 
5. The entire plant will be setting up as Ultra high-tech modern project with green project concept model
6. The plant will fully secure with high tech security system
7. The product of the project is SmCo Magnetic block, Allied Magnetic products, and Magnetic assembly also the plant has high tech in-house R & D facilities for research of magnetic product   
8. The company is seeking the mix of fund for the project as Equity and Debt
