Bio
Richard joined the e.ventures team in December 2019. Prior to joining e.ventures, he was a research assistant for the Computational Linguistics Lab under Dr. Kenji Sagae, Language, Multimodal and Interaction Lab under Dr. Zhou Yu, and Performative Speech Lab under Professor Marit MacArthur. He was also a member of the UC Davis Data Science Initiative and has successfully published a paper that was nominated for the ACL 2019 Best Paper Award.
Richard holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in Linguistics from UC Davis.
