Bio
Briehan joined Catalyst in 2016 and is responsible for deal origination through writing research reports, formulating investment strategies & conducting company outreach. In addition to deal sourcing, Briehan supports the deal team on target company due diligence, transaction execution & portfolio management. Prior to joining Catalyst she interned at LOLA, a New York-based B2C feminine care startup, where she focused primarily on business analytics and marketing. Previously, Briehan worked as an investment banking analyst in the Global Industrials Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York City and worked on a variety of M&A, equity, and debt transactions. Briehan graduated cum laude from Middlebury College with a BA in Psychology.
