Don Manifold is the founder of Don Manifold Advisory Partners, and an expert in mergers, acquisitions, and divestments. His consultations are a byproduct of serving many years in the industry, including more than 20 years in corporate finance. Over the course of his career, he’s provided guidance for numerous deals totaling more than $2 billion and completed valuations and independent expert reports in excess of $25 billion.
