Jayme Pokrzywinski

Bio

Jayme brings to Acero Capital over 25 years of experience, including 20 years in venture capital, growth equity and private equity. Prior to joining Acero, Jayme led the Direct Products finance group at Northgate Capital, a San Francisco based manager of venture capital and private equity and served as Vice President at Meritage Funds, a Denver-based manager of growth equity funds. During her tenure in venture capital she has also served in senior operational roles at several portfolio companies. Prior to Meritage, Jayme was an audit manager at Ernst & Young focusing on technology and communications companies. Jayme’s responsibilities at Acero include management of all finance operations as well as a wide range of portfolio company management, investment sourcing, evaluation and due diligence. Jayme holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1995.
