Bio

Nicole joined Kaiser Permanente Ventures in 2019. As an Executive Assistant at KP Ventures, Nicole brings 7+ years of highly multifaceted experience in executive support, talent acquisition, business development, human resources, operations, and overall administration. She has worked with a variety of professions spanning across multiple industries and platforms, such as healthcare, architecture, solar energy, and tech. Nicole joins us from a prominent Bay Area medical start-up Arterys where she was the Executive Assistant to the CEO. As with all start-ups, she wore many hats including leading employee events, communication initiatives, and office management where she showed herself to be a versatile and valuable team player. Prior to that role, Nicole was a Talent Acquisition Manager for a firm that focused on recruiting administrative support professionals and an Executive Assistant and Recruiter at a project management software company.
