Ralf Kunzmann

Bio

Since 2013 Ralf Kunzmann has been Managing Director of aws Fondsmanagement GmbH as well as aws Gründerfonds. Prior to his appointment, he spent several years with the UniCredit Bank Austria Group, where he was responsible for the group's international private equity activities. Among other, he held numerous operative management positions as managing director or CFO at international portfolio companies and was member of various boards and committees. Previously, he held several executive positions in the financial advisory services department of KPMG Austria Group, with special focus on corporate finance. After graduating from his studies in business management, he started his career in a medium-sized group of companies in the healthcare industry, where he worked in investment controlling and corporate development. Ralf Kunzmann is a speaker and author of numerous specialist publications on the subject of corporate acquisitions.
