Tina Bao is Director of Operations at Congruent Ventures. Tina focuses on establishing and streamlining Congruent’s processes around deal flow, portfolio management, investor relations, and culture. She has significant experience in early stage financings, global fund formation, back-office operations, and investor relations from Social Capital, 500 Startups, and Gunderson Dettmer. She graduated with a BA in Legal Studies from the University of California at Berkeley and also holds her Notary license in the state of California.
