Veronica Santana

Bio

Veronica joined Meritech in 2015 and is the VP of Finance. Veronica is primarily responsible for managing operations, financial and tax reporting, investor relations, and other fund administrative functions. Prior to Meritech, Veronica spent over 20 years advising a broad array of businesses on accounting and tax issues. Previously she served as a tax director at a Big Four accounting firm specializing in transaction tax services, partnership fund formation and structuring in the venture capital private equity space. Her clients included corporations, partnerships and high net worth individuals with domestic and international operations. In her free time, Veronica can be found planning her next get away with her husband and daughter, hosting outdoor grill outs for her family and friends or riding her spin bike. Veronica received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University.
