Overview

O-Bank, formerly named Industrial Bank of Taiwan, was founded in 1999 as Taiwan’s first newly-established industrial bank. Under the leadership of Founder and Honorary Chairman Kenneth C.M. Lo and its core values of TOUCH (Trust, Outstanding, Unity, Creativity, Honor), the Bank has coordinated with national economic development strategies, participated in major economic development projects, provided professional investment banking services, and nurtured strategic new businesses. It has grown together with Taiwan’s enterprises and provided clients with comprehensive financial services. The bank officially restructured into O-Bank at the beginning of 2017, entering the personal finance market to provide consumers with a whole new experience in convenient, safe, and thoughtful digital financial services.
